It's come to my attention winter is right around the corner.
Lucky it's not here, last year was harsh. To say goodbye to summer u should honor your local neighbors it close friends with one more cook-out or BBQ. Before it becomes to cold to light the grill. Some simple recipes for a quick get-together, such as: pork chops, the favorite chicken, and simple sides. I'm not just go on a share all this good grilling and cook-out knowledge with you all in one sitting. I have to pace it out. Today we learn simple grilling recipes, tomorrow some fun favorites not always grilled, and finally on Thursday some quick delectable sides easily made and even easier to enjoy.

This the food part:
Going to a comedy show later with more well thought out jokes. Well don't dip into the nearest fast food restaurant. Instead impress your significant other, date or friends with a quick delicious recipe.
Subs come in handy at any occasion especially a quick mouth watering Cuban sub, with only 6 ingredients anyone can make and enjoy this delectable lunch, dinner or snack. You can easily become quite the host to guest by cutting it in halves, thirds or fourths and sharing the crunchy goodness.

- 2 (6-inch) sub rolls
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 slices boiled or smoked ham
- 6 slices manchego cheese
- 4 slices pickle
- Special equipment: an indoor grill or a sandwich press
Directions
Preheat a stovetop grill or sandwich press.
Slice the sub rolls end to end. Spread the butter evenly on both rolls. Repeat the process with mustard. Lay the ham, cheese, and pickle slices evenly in the roll. Put the sandwiches in a press or on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes, or until warm through or toasted on the outside

Ingredients
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.

The Beginning
Melissa: Well this is us and we are going to be talking about food. Duh!
Briana: and food related stuff. but more specifically we are going to look at what foods go with what stuff.
